I arrived back from Southampton yesterday evening. When sailing in the Solent I got to experience many of the hazards that were on the theory course (overfalls, strong currents, big waves, high tides, active shooting ranges, etc…). I also made good use of the harbour manoeuvring training. Thank you both, Doris & Hans, for all the training that proved to be very useful.
